Subsequent Starts

Each time you start myKryptofon, if use of the myKryptofon Login window is enabled, you will be presented with the Login window, and must enter the credentials you previously configured.

myKryptofon then checks for program updates.  If an update exists, you will be asked if you want to update the program.

We recommend you accept the updates as often as possible.  I.D. Rank Security is dedicated to continual system improvement and will disseminate bug fixes and feature enhancements, as available.  Accepting these updates provides you with the latest in telephony encryption and privacy of your voice and text communications.

The amount of time required to update myKryptofon depends on your internet connection.  A progress bar is provided showing the progress of the update.  Please do not interrupt the update process.  During the update, new files are downloaded from our servers, previous files are backed up on your computer (or removable memory device), the new program automatically installs, and myKryptofon automatically restarts.  If this process is interrupted, the update process may find the program in an incomplete state.  Interrupting the update process may result in a longer and for-fee customer service process.
