The Call Center / Conference Center Area provides status information regarding the parties in an active voice call or conference. If there is more than one party in the call (not including yourself), the call is referred to as a conference.

Once a call is active, additional parties may be added to the call, in any of the following ways:
.
The Call Center / Conference Center Area is only highlighted when a call or conference is active. The call may have been initiated from the Contacts or KeyPad tab, or it may have been an incoming call.
The Call Center additionally provides the ability to
secure and unsecure a voice call or conference. The same graphic icons
/
which appear in the Secure Call Activation Area appear in
the Call Center / Conference Center Area. You have the ability to secure a call
with these pad lock icons, in the same manner as you would in the Secure Call Activation
Area.
Finally, myKryptofon provides additional visual feedback as to the secured state of a voice call / conference. When the Call Center / Conference Center border is green (as shown above), the call is connected and is in normal VOIP mode.
When the Call Center / Conference Center border is red, the call is connected and is private and secure utilizing the selected myKryptoKey with AES 256-bit encryption.

If you have initiated a call in secured mode, and myKryptofon detects that the call was forwarded to a different destination, then myKryptofon will automatically drop out of secured mode 2. This situation typically occurs when you call someone who does not answer and your call is forwarded to the voice mail system. By dropping out of secured mode, myKryptofon allows you to hear the prompts from the voice mail system, and to leave an unsecured voice mail message. myKryptofon stays unsecured until the call is ended, and will then automatically return to secured mode.
