Mr. Rung has held the position of founder/President of Adaptive Business Consulting, Executive Vice-President at Perot Systems, and Director at both KPMG and Swiss Bank Corporation. His leadership at Swiss Bank Corporation provided the global infrastructure to trade the Forex book 7x24 in 1991 and 1992. Mr. Rung was responsible for global Information Technology Security from 1991 through 1994.

Past industry experience includes mobile phone, PC, fingerprint biometrics, and data security including projects with Europolitan (Vodafon), Telia, Infinion, as well as, municipal government consulting contracts in Sweden. In designing solutions for the implemetation of communication and security products and services, Mr. Boubion has made convergence of trusted platforms a cornerstone of enterprise and client solutions. His Pacific Rim manufacturing relationships have enabled speedy production-to-market cycles of innovative technologies.
In recent years, Mr. Boubion has held the positions of International Marketing Director at Computer Optics Research Data AB and President of Loqware Technologies USA, Inc., both IT related companies based in Sweden. As President of DJB Consulting, Mr. Boubion contracted the largest consumer group contract in Sweden for the purchase of IT related SOHO products to the Swedish Tenants Associations with membership numbering 650,000 households nationwide that included computer hardware, software and mobile telephony solutions. He also procured the first union group contract for Europolitan (950 companies) for mobile licenses, equipment, and central server management applications in 2000.

Ms. Ryan has held the positions of Director of Global Executive Search and Diversity Recruiting at Abbott Laboratories, Executive Global Vice President at Agency.com and National Director at KPMG. At Abbott, she streamlined the recruiting function increasing hiring efficiency while reducing cost by $1M. At KPMG, she managed a national team of 200 recruiters hiring over 9000+ employees/year while reducing cost in her first year by $17M and $23M in the second year.
